Rules & Regulations
Courts are for the exclusive use of Club members.
Annual memberships run from January 1 to December 31
There are three levels of membership:
Rates for these memberships will be set by the Tennis Centre Board annually.
Dues are payable in full the first week of January each year. Any member in arrears on their dues is not eligible to play.
Any member may bring house guests or visiting friends to play at the Club.The member must be on the court with their guests. The member is responsible for paying a $10 guest fee per guest per hour to a Board member when convenient.
Treasure Cay homeowners and long term renters (more than a week) are not eligible to be guests. A member may bring a homeowner or renter to play once for free in an effort to introduce them to the Club in hopes that the homeowner will join.
Any member who knowingly allows non authorized persons to play on Club courts (including providing a key) will lose Club privileges for up to a year at the discretion of the Board.
The Club Pro or Board may reserve courts for leagues, clinics, tournaments, etc.
Only tennis players are allowed on the courts.
No pets or animals are allowed at the Club.
Proper tennis etiquette should be practiced by all players.
No glass containers should be on the courts.
Members should reserve courts as follows:
A court must be reserved using the online reservation system www.reservemycourt.com.
Reserved courts take priority.
Courts may be reserved between 7:00am and 8:00pm.
A court may be reserved for one (1) hour per day up to 120 days in advance.
Vacant courts may be reserved for an additional hour the prior day.
Reserved courts must be cancelled if a reservation cannot be used.
Court reservations will be held for only ten (10) minutes after a reserved time.
A vacant court may be used for a maximum of one (1) hour if others are waiting to play.
